Within Hariharan’s career span of nearly thirty (30) years, he has appeared in all the High Court division as well as before the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court. He has a number of reported decisions of note to his name.  He has a strong reputation for dealing with complex disputes where the stakes are high and is known to work hard to achieve a strategic result for his clients.

In a legal career of nearly three (3) decades, Hariharan has successfully defended various complex Criminal and Forfeiture cases as well as Civil/Corporate Litigation cases of high value and complex dispute.

Hariharan’s rise to prominence recognised by United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) on July, 2018 to lead a team of lawyers from Messrs Scivetti & Associates amongst others, to attend to all legal aspects, claim and defence of UMNO.
